Experienced Auditor Needed for Local CPA Firm 

Are you a meticulous auditor with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence? We are a reputable CPA firm seeking a skilled auditor to join our team on a part-time basis, providing 400-500 hours of expertise per year. 

Position: Auditor Hours: 400-500 hours per year Location: Metairie, Louisiana Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct thorough audits of financial statements and records 
• Analyze and evaluate internal controls and accounting systems 
• Prepare detailed audit reports and recommendations 
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations 
• Collaborate with clients and team members to address audit findings 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• CPA designation required 
• Proven experience as an auditor, within a CPA firm, for a minimum of 3 years 
• Strong understanding of auditing standards and procedures 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite 
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
