• Park in the unrestricted spaces on the 3rd floor of the Lakeway Two garage. (Note: Park on levels 1 or 3 to access the elevators in the building without having to use stairs.)
• Enter the building using the BROWN DOORS on the 3rd floor of the garage (don't look for elevators yet), then through the second set of brown doors.
• Take the first open hallway on the left after entering the office building.
• Use that elevator bank to get to the 16th floor.
• Lakeway Two parking garage accommodates vehicles 6'6" and under. Lakeway One has oversized parking for vehicles with heights up to 7'1" on the first floor and 6'9" on the second level. The rest of the Lakeway One garage is only 6'4", which is lower than the Lakeway Two garage.

Vanessa Claiborne, President & CEO, Chaffe & Associates, Inc

Vanessa Claiborne is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Chaffe & Associates, Inc. She is a CPA, ABV by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has received her designation as an ASA by the American Society of Appraisers. She holds Securities Licenses 79, 24, 27, and 63. Ms. Claiborne is also AEP by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils. She specializes in business valuation services primarily for estate and gift taxes, ESOPs, GAAP fair value reporting, financial reporting, business interruption claims, litigation support including expert testimony, exit planning, and shareholder transactions. Ms. Claiborne is active in many organizations including the American Society of Appraisers, serving as Governor of the International Board of Governors 2003-2007, Association for Corporate Growth, Isidore Newman School, American Red Cross, and the Agenda for Children.  She recently received the 2021 LCPA Women to Watch Most Experienced Leader Award.

Vince Gremillion, Restech Information Services, Inc

Vince Gremillion is the President and the Founding Co-Owner of RESTECH Information Services, Inc. As a business, RESTECH is a long-standing company that has stayed on the forefront of technology for its 30+ years and has overseen the company growth to approximately 40 employees. Vince is well-known as one of the region’s leading experts in technology and is extremely knowledgeable on system and cyber security. He has led the RESTECH team into new markets, capabilities, acquisitions, staffing and areas of expertise throughout his tenure as a leader. He emphasizes communication with clients and maintaining long-term relationships. Another of his business models has been the implementation of a strong “HELP FIRST” ethos and an attitude of continued professional improvement. Vince provides Cyber Security consulting, assessments, and implementation for the greater business community. He maintains a CISSP and GCIH certification and specializes in IT measures that prevent many modern cyber-attacks from being successful. Vince is available as a speaker and presenter for cyber-related issues locally and regionally. Vince often serves as a speaker and presenter for cyber-related issues locally and regionally. He has been married since 1986 and is a proud father of 4. He has been working in technology since the early 1980s. He is active with community and missional improvement efforts.

Brandon Lagarde, EAG Gulf Coast, LLC


Brandon Lagarde is a Partner in the firm's Tax Services Group. Brandon concentrates his practice on tax planning and consulting for federal and state income taxes. Brandon works with clients of all sizes in a variety of industries and assists those businesses with navigating the tax complexities of today's highly regulated environment.
Brandon has extensive experience assisting clients with tax issues associated with the CARES Act, Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (aka "Federal Tax Reform") Louisiana income and sales taxation, tax planning for closely-held business, trusts and estates, multi-state planning and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Brandon was a Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm. Before this, Brandon practiced tax law at a national law firm. 
Brandon is a member of the AICPA (Tax Section), where he serves as the Chair of the Tax Practice Management Committee and Vice-Chair of the National Tax Conference Planning Committee, the LCPA, where he serves on the State and Local Tax Committee, as a member of the Legislative Committee , and as a member of the Baton Rouge Chapter of the LCPA, American Bar Association (Tax Section) and Louisiana Bar Association (Tax Section). Brandon graduated from Leadership Greater Baton Rouge, a year-long leadership program of the Baton Rouge Area Chamber (BRAC), and was named to the Baton Rouge Business Report's Top 40 under 40.
Furthermore, Brandon is a frequent speaker on a variety of tax topics, including CARES Act, Federal Tax Reform, Louisiana taxes, and income and estate tax planning for closely held businesses and high-net worth individuals.

Stephen Morgan, Hancock Whitney Bank

Stephen Morgan is an investment director at Hancock Whitney Bank, where he is facilitates a team of investment professionals focused on delivering superior investment strategies and client outcomes.

Stephen has been in the investment industry for over 20 years, joining Hancock Whitney as part of the acquisition of Capital One Asset Management, LLC. Prior to joining Capital One, Stephen worked at Morgan Stanley, efolio.com, Hibernia Bank and Waterhouse Securities.

Stephen has a Bachelor of Mathematics from Carleton College and a Master of Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin.

Anne Oestriecher, Oestriecher Financial Mgmt. Services

Anne Oestriecher's career has spanned public accounting, banking, nonprofits, and financial services. In 2005, Anne started her own practice providing consulting services to small businesses and leading CPE for CPAs across the country. In 2009, she expanded her services to include financial planning for individuals and companies to help them reach their financial goals.

Now based in Alexandria, Anne is a graduate of Loyola University in New Orleans, with a BBA in accounting. In 2009, she was named LCPA's Discussion Leader of the Year.
